God knows all that the heavens and the earth contain. Are you not aware of this? If three people talk in secret together, He is the fourth; if four people talk, He is the fifth; if five people talk, He is the sixth. Whatever the size of the group, and wherever they meet, He is present among them.

Take to compassion and abstain from oppression and obscenity.Compassion is grace and the lack of it a disgrace.

Strive for Paradise. A small nook within its bliss is better than the whole world and all the riches within.

If you want glory, then remember that all glory belongs to God alone. He hears every kind word that is spoken, and He praises every good deed. But those who plot evil will be sternly punished; He will thwart their plots, bringing them to nothing.

A kind word of forgiveness is better than charity accompanied by insults.God is self-sufficient and merciful.

When a storm cloud passes overhead, some people thrust their fingers in their ears to block out the noise of thunder. With every flash of lightning they walk a few steps; but when darkness returns, their eyes are so dazzled that they can see nothing and thus they stand still. Hypocrites are like such people; their hearts are afraid, and their minds are blind. If God wanted, He could take away their sight and hearing; He has power over all things.

Every good deed will be repaid tenfold; but evil deeds will be repaid with evil. No one will be treated unjustly.

Show forgiveness, uphold justice, and shun the ignorant. If Satan tempts you, seek refuge in God; He hears all and knows all. Those who walk with the Lord are never too proud to serve him; they proclaim his glory, and prostrate themselves in humility before him.

To endure suffering with fortitude, and to forgive those who have wronged you, are duties which all should strive to fulfill. Those whom God has led astray have no one to protect them. When sinners face their punishment, you will hear them exclaim, "Is there no way back?"

There are many signs of God for men and women of understanding. There is the creation of the heavens and the earth. There is the alternation of night and day. There are the ships sailing the ocean with cargoes that bring pleasure to people. There is the rain that God sends down from the sky; by this means He revives the barren earth, and nourishes the creatures that live in the earth. And there are the changing winds, and the clouds that are driven through the atmosphere between the earth and the sky.

It is God who has created the stars for you, so that they may guide you in the darkness, both on land and at sea. "We have made plain our revelations to people of wisdom."

Give up what appears to be doubtful for what is certain. Truth brings peace of mind, and deception doubt.

When my servants question you about Me, tell them that I am near. I answer their prayers when they call on me; let them answer my call. Let them trust in me, that they may be guided along the path of righteousness."

We have hung the fate of all people around their necks. On the day of resurrection We shall confront each person with an open book, and say, 'Here is your book; read it. Today your own soul calls you to account.'"

There should be no compulsion in matters of religion. The right path is now clearly distinct from the wrong path. Those who renounce the worship of idols, and put their faith in God, grasp a firm handle which will never break. God hears all and knows all.

Muhammad is God's apostle. Those who follow Muhammad are firm against nonbelievers, but are merciful to one another. You see believers on their knees in adoration of God, seeking His grace and favor. You see traces of dust on the foreheads of believers, showing that they have prostrated themselves before God. Believers are described in the Torah and the Gospel. They are like seeds which sprout and thrive, rising up on thick, strong stalks to the delight of their sowers. Through the believers God enrages the unbelievers.

If you adhere to the things that I am leaving behind, you shall never be misguided.

Unbelievers follow their own whims and vain conjectures even though the guidance of the Lord has come to them. Can people attain all that they desire? God ordains all that happens in this life, and in the life to come.

On that day no one will suffer even the smallest injustice; you will be rewarded according to your deeds. On that day the inhabitants of paradise will be utterly absorbed in their own bliss: Married couples will recline together on soft couches in shady orchards, eating fruit and fulfilling every desire; and the Merciful Lord will wish them peace.

If you are dependable, honest, virtuous, and content in Allah's will, no harm shall come your way.

Prayer is that which enables the soul to realize its divinity. Through prayer human beings worship absolute truth, and seek an eternal reward. Prayer is the foundation-stone of religion; and religion is the means by which the soul is purified of all that pollutes it. Prayer is the worship of the first cause of all things, the Supreme Ruler of all the world, the source of all strength. Prayer is the adoration of the one whose being is necessary.

The record of your deeds will be given to each of you. And those of you who are sinners, will be horrified at what you read. You will scream, and say: 'I can hardly believe it! This book leaves out nothing; every action, both great and small, has been noted down.' Yes, you will find an account of all that you have done. Your Lord will be unjust to no one.
